DLC is Hiring Laborers, Roofers, and Roofers Helpers
Dave Loden Construction is taking applications for Roofers, Roofer's Helpers, and Laborers to peform low-slope single-ply membrane roofing throughout the state of Wyoming. Experience is not necessary, we will train you. A driver's license and clean driving record is not required, but is prefered.
Dave Loden Construction has been doing commercial roofing in Wyoming since 1985. We are well established and always have plenty of work. There are open positions at many levels and a lot of room for rapid advancement.

We have two programs for students already attending or headed to college.
- For qualified and approved applicants we offer a full scholarshop program to attend Sheridan College to attain a degree in Construction Managment. If you work a full summer, we will pay for the following two semesters tuition. No contract or agreement.
- For any and all that are college bound, we offer a college savings matching program. If you will open an account specifically set aside for expenses while attending college, we will match anything you contribute up to $1 / hour.
We have a zero tolerance drug policy. I will need you to do a pre-employment drug screening. I also do periodic random drug testing.
Pay Scale - $14-$20+/hr depending on experience, ability and production. We also offer QSEHRA Health Insurance Benefits, paid time off, year-end / performance bonuses, a great 401K retirement plan with profit sharing, and Group Rate Supplemental Insurance Plan. Advancement to mid-management includes additional benefits and bonuses.
We end up traveling for work frequently. We try to stay as close to Buffalo as we can, but we travel the entire state. We typically travel to a job site and stay there the entire work week, then come home on weekends. I provide motels whenever you are working more than about 40 minutes from your home. Much of our current work-load is in Buffalo, Sheridan, and Casper.
We do work year round. But, due to weather, things slow down a bit in the winter. Working for us, you can expect 45-60 hours per week in the summer and 20-45 hours per week in the winter. Our current employees average between 1900 and 2000 hours per year (100-300 of these being overtime at 1.5X pay rate). This is equivalent to or greater than a normal full-time job. (8AM-5PM, 5 days per week, 50 weeks per year = 2000hrs)
